In screen printing, the ink is applied directly to your clothing item through a so-called screen with a squeegee.
A screen is a metal frame stretched with a mesh. The design is transferred onto the screen using an emulsion that is cured by UV light.
With proper care, a screen can be reused repeatedly. Depending on the print design, screens come in various sizes, from very small to meter-sized.
Our hoodies and T-shirts are stretched onto boards for printing and clamped into a screen printing carousel – this allows many
items to be printed quickly and efficiently one after another. Afterwards, they are placed in a drying tunnel to dry the screen print and fix it onto the item.
